New Electrically Conductive Adhesive EPO-TEK ED1021 EPO-TEK ED1021 is a newly developed silver-filled, one component adhesive that achieves good thermal conductivity while curing at lower temperatures (125°C). It also has a very low modulus (while maintaining strong die shear strength) which reduces stress on large die and sensitive parts. ED1021 has a low modulus of 25,850 psi along with a long pot life (3 months).
