How can I place an order/where should I send my purchase order?

All RFQ's and PO's should be e-mailed to:  customerservice@epotek.com where you will receive an e-mail confirmation once we have received your request.

You may also choose to call our main number (978) 667-3805 and ask for Customer Service.  

Our fax line is available at (978) 663-9782.

Currently, we do not offer ordering online.

Can I receive a sample of your product?

Unfortunately, we do not normally sample our products because they are all made to order.  We do, however, provide small quantities for purchase called Evaluation Kits for relatively low cost.

I'm having a problem with your website. Who should I contact to let them know?

If you're experiencing any website problems, please forward your specific issue to us at  salesinfo@epotek.com.

Can I place an order with your US Representative?

No.  Our US Representatives cannot take orders.  Please contact our Customer Service Department at (978) 667-3805 or customerservice@epotek.com to place your order.

How do I locate a distributor in my country?

A complete listing of all of our distributors world wide can be found under the "Contact Us" menu item on our home page.  Click the "Find Your Rep/Distributor" choice for the Epoxy Technology  authorized Distributor in your area.

Epoxy Technology has investigated the mechanism of thermal conductivity in electrically conductive adhesives. Utilizing laser flash testing and SEM cross sections, we determined how silver flake distribution effects thermal conductivity. Cure, interface, and processing play a significant role in thermal management.
