Driving Directions
From Logan Airport
- Exit out of Logan Airport towards Boston (via Sumner Tunnel)
- Stay in left lane in tunnel -Proceed up I93N (your second
right exiting the tunnel)
- I93N for 10-15 miles to I95 South (local 128 South)
- Proceed south on 128 for about 5-7 miles and take exit
#32B for Rt. 3 North.
- Proceed North on Rt.3 to exit #27 Concord Rd. (It will
be your second exit.)
- At the bottom of the off-ramp, take a right
- Proceed to first blinking traffic light, and take a right
onto Middlesex Turnpike South
- Travel south on Middlesex Tpke. (about 1 mile), proceed
between two lakes, up a slight incline, and take right into
Manning Park
- Take second left off Manning Drive, onto Fortune Drive
- EPO-TEK is first bldg on left (your third driveway entrance),
14 Fortune Drive
- Parking is available at any vacant spot.

- I90E (Mass Pike) to I95N (local 128 North)
- 128N for about 15 miles to RT. 3North
